If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Because many of our products are imported in small quantities, we may not always be able to offer exchanges for the exact same item.
The following items are final sale:
- Opened stationery and paper goods
- Blind bags and mystery items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
