Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
We ship from California using USPS and other carriers depending on the size and destination of the order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please note:

- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other transit issues
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Because many of our products are imported in small quantities, some items may ship separately or become unavailable after purchase. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
