A Japanese icon since 1973, the Coupy-Pencil has the pigmentation of a crayon and the erasability of a colored pencil. Its bold colors and user friendliness have made it a favorite of everyone from manga artists and landscape architects to Tokyo schoolchildren.

Unlike a conventional colored pencil, the Coupy has no wooden barrel at all. The entire pencil is pigment from tip to end, which means more color, less waste, and a shaft that never needs much sharpening. It goes on smooth, erases cleanly, and won't leave any color on your fingers.
