Daigo’s Mini Easy Journal asks you to do exactly one thing: write down three things that happened today. That’s it. No pages of soul-searching, no guilt when you don’t have much to say, and no intimidating blank page waiting to be filled.

Each daily spread gives you space to record three moments, plus a grid page on the left for little notes, drawings, stickers, stamps, or whatever else you want to remember. It’s undated, so you can start whenever you like and skip a day without leaving a blank page behind. 

Best of all, it’s tiny. At about 3.5 × 2.6 inches, the whole journal fits in the palm of your hand. Write in it every day and you’ll finish it in about three months.
