Pentel Sign Pen set of 8
The world's first fiber-tipped pen, the Sign Pen put Pentel on the map in 1963 and has barely changed since. It took eight years to develop the technology, and the result was a pen that bridged the gap between the traditional Japanese writing brush and the Western ballpoint. President Lyndon B. Johnson was a fan.
The flexible fiber tip lays down bold, water-based color smoothly on paper, and works equally well for writing, drawing, journaling, lettering, and doodling. The snap-fit cap keeps the tip from drying out between uses.
This 8-color set is the Japanese import version, packaged as sold in Japan.
